Baromedical Research Institute (BRI) is a non-profit organization dedicated to research and education in the fields of hyperbaric medicine and emergency medicine. BRI is the basic laboratory for the Section of Emergency Medicine at LSU Health Sciences Center in New Orleans, Louisiana. The laboratory conducts all hyperbaric medicine research through the Section and is a sponsoring organization for LSUHSC Undersea and Hyperbaric Medicine Fellowship. This fellowship is an ACGME accredited training program and one of the oldest hyperbaric medicine fellowships in the United States.
